Was 2-for-3 with 5 RBI's that game & the following day in nightcap of twinbill he smashed two 2-run Homers helping Giants to 8-3 triumph. At USC in 1969, Dave was 11-4 with 1.38 ERA on mound, with 88 K's in 85 innings. Switched to outfield in 1970 & hit .353 in 32 games with 8 Homers & 26 RBI's, was named to All-Conference & All-NCAA District Eight 2nd Teams. |
