Card info: One of the Athletics' strong young hurlers, Jim has never pitched a game in the minors. The righthander had the biggest day of his career on May 8th, 1968 when he pitched a perfect game against the Minnesota Twins. After the 4-0 no-hit victory, Jim immediately received a $5,000 raise from the A's. |
